CreateClass method looks for template parent #49

Fixes #48

Add case structure to ClassWriterGOOP400.lvclass:CreateClass.vi init case when checking for parent class - if the parent class path is an empty path, look at the template parent and use that as a parent if there is one.

I've just uploaded a new build that has your 2 changes merged into the code.... Did I get it right? I haven't tested it as all. 1.2.40
