Consider all the metadata elements described in "Vector Tile pilot 2: TileSet Metadata ER" to expand the current suggestion for TileSet metadata #10

Schemas for JSON and XML have been produced. It was presented in the 2021-02-11 and there was no objection (a part from an issue with BBox that is dealt in https://github.com/opengeospatial/2D-Tile-Matrix-Set/issues/18. I'm closing this issue.
