Removed JSON-LD encodings
Removed TileMatrixSetLinks references and examples and replaced by TileSet Metadata
Including schemas rather than duplicating them
Re-ordered JSON encodings to always come first before XML

Tested with asciidoctor and the HTML output looks good.
