Which WG shold have ownership of the BBOX Abstract Spec topic? #4

OGC Policy is that standards should be developed by SWGs. So is there an existing SWG that should own the BBox Abstract Spec topic candidate? Should the Architecture DWG conceptual modelling subgroup become that SWG? Or set up a specific SWG for BBox only? Or should the SG continue as now and then hand over a draft candidate spec to some yet to be identified SWG?

Coverages have been addressing the general cases of coverages for many years: n-D, different axis types (space, time, other), CRS combination, etc. Therefore, the Coverages.SWG is the natural place to act as a turnpike for discussion and specification.
