Urban-Planning-ADE datasets invalid #78

The test datasets for the Urban-Planning-ADE in "Examples/ADE-examples/Urban-Planning-ADE" do not validate against the XML schemas.

  1. 53394517_bldg_6697_2_op_CityGML2.gml: The file references an XSD document at http://www.kantei.go.jp/jp/singi/tiiki/toshisaisei/itoshisaisei/iur/schemas/uro/1.4/urbanObject.xsd. However, there is no file at this URL.
  2. 53394517_bldg_6697_2_op_CityGML3.gml: The relative paths to the CityGML 3.0 schemas are incorrect and, thus, cannot be resolved.
  3. urbanObject_CityGML3.xsd: The relative paths to the CityGML 3.0 schemas are incorrect and, thus, cannot be resolved.
