Changing URIs in sgwi instances files in docs folder #142

@afeliachi -- thanks for doing this, but just an FYI, I can recreate all those files with: https://github.com/opengeospatial/ELFIE/blob/master/R/json_ld_html.R

Will rebuild the docs folder later today.

It's kinda hacked to run locally -- I'm happy to rebuild it. But if you wanted to change it enough so it'll run locally and give it a whirl, go for it!

That's what we are realizing. We are updating the json-ld in the data folder. But we want to test the files that are under opengeospatial.github.io/ELFIE in our viewer. Where is it accessible in the project. I thought it was under 'master/docs/FR' but apparently guessed wrong. Hint ?
