Make html preview for FR use case json-ld

Work up the html preview to start conversation/review.

@sgrellet - let's use this issue to discuss the html and file index only. I think we should close it if the basic first cut is OK. Further work should be tracked in #98.

Sorry about that. I don't know how that was working for me before. Guess I was just testing the files locally. Links are updated in the comment above and files work now.

I also did a bit more to improve the html. See:
