Remove heading 2.3 for GeoPose Glossary #101

Since Chapter 3 is the Conceptual Overview with all the glossary terms

this is related to the issue 100

I have moved the glossary inside the reviewers guide as a section (2.3), rather than as a chapter in its own right. Now it should be OK.
