Following our meeting on March 19, I have added quite a lot of explanation to the introductory text and added/modified some questions in the Google survey for commercial software providers that have solutions that express or use geospatially-anchored pose.

If there are no objections by the morning of March 22, we will publicize this survey with OGC members during the upcoming meeting.
