Highly technical language in "(Reference) Frame" in Key Concepts of Glossary. The word "realize" in the first paragraph might sound weird/confusing to a layperson. #55

"As defined in ISO 19111, a reference Frame is a parameter or set of parameters that realize the position of the origin, the scale, and the orientation of a coordinate system."

While the word "realize" might be common in the field of Geodesy it is maybe confusing for someone outside of the field.

Maybe it is better with something like this:

...a reference Frame can be seen as a concrete specification of a spatial coordinate system defining such things as its origin, units, scale, and orientation."
