Add Graphical Annex for elevation derived hydrography

• Purpose: Address a number of comments regarding outfalls, reach-catchments, instantiated vs located nodes, etc.
• Use to illustrate HY_Features features as they might be built using elevation data.
• Outlet at a, confluence, streamgage, arbitrary.
• Catchment boundary, flowpath, network, from elevation.
• Sub-catchments based on network flowpaths.
• Second elevation dataset, same "contracted" outlets.
• Different geometry, same feature for boundary, flowpath, network. Different non-contracted cathments on second network?

May include a multi-scale example linking between catchment resolutions. Illustrate catchment hierarchy.

I'm not sure this is going to happen. Maybe this would be a good thing to include in a paper for the future. I'm thinking a USGS Open File Report or similar. I'll talk to others in USGS water geospatial circles.
