Definition of chapters 3,4,5 #241

Definition of the sections 3,4,5 referring the HY_FEATURES document.

Have you done any work to try and convert it to HTML or PDF? Thanks so much for doing this! Will merge later when I'm at my computer.

Ran my script on it. Some issues, especially with the pdf generator, but may have to do more with the template.

I have converted into HTML and it seems nice. Moreover, I have tried to over the HTML document to PDF using (asciidoc-pdf, pandoc and prince), the best output is with prince but we may have to adapt something in the template...
