Register DGIWG Profile TIFF/GeoTIFF Tags in the OGC Definitions Server #103

DGIWG TIFF/GeoTIFF profile being OGC BP 20-095, it is proposed to register the 2 following private TIFF tags used by DGIWG profile: Code 50909 (Hex 0xC6DD) GEO_METADATA BYTE Count N This tag may be used for embedding XML-encoded instance documents prepared using 19139-based schema Note: the type is BYTE instead of ASCII because metadata may contain UTF-8 characters

Code 50908 (Hex 0xC6DC) TIFF_RSID ASCII Count N This tag specifies a File Universal Unique Identifier, or RSID, according to DGIWG DMF (DGIWG Metadata Foundation) definition.

Both tags may be of interest for Geospatial TIFF/GeoTIFF data.
