uri's for ogc api's #104

Is it known what will be the uri for the various api's? I found http://www.opengis.net/def/interface/ogcapi-features for ogcapi features, but others seem not available yet I created a PR to https://github.com/OSGeo/Cat-Interop/blob/master/LinkPropertyLookupTable.csv to add the ogc api interfaces (these values can be used in metadata to indicate the interface type a linked service has, for use in ogc-api client implementations)

The URIs follow the same pattern. Subject to approval by OGC-NA, I expect that the other URIs will be:
