I'd try to exclude all the autogenerated files from the pull request
It looks like on my fork auto annotations run on default on master, but not on other branches. Fortunately, as these autogenerated files caused conflicts during pull requests - even if I did not changed the files like Calathe model.
For the moment, I know no better option to select commits for the pull request than through branch.

Can you work out how to to a batch resolution of the conflicts with the latest results from this branch please?

Now all the specification ontologies in separate files. Standards in bodies/standards.ttl. Not sure what is the approach for autogenerated files, they seem different in order. shall they never be merged?
