This candidate standard has previously been reviewed by the OGC-NA.

Since then the candidate standard has been split into two separate documents (the other being CQL2), so this GitHub Issue relates to a second review of the document.

Please review the document by 22:00 UTC on April 8th 2023 focusing on its conformance to OGC-NA policies.
