CRS definitions return 503 errors #298

The following requests timeout with a 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable response after a delay.

https://www.opengis.net/def/crs/EPSG/9.9/4326

https://www.opengis.net/def/method/EPSG/0

This has been happening for a few weeks I believe.

Both the links return fast, but not from opengis.net, it is a problem on this domain.

The OGC Infrastructure Office will look into the issue affecting opengis.net.
