couple of questions,

  1. where is this in the review cycle - is it an early draft?

  2. Scope

"The OGC Standards Baseline is the complete set of OGC Member approved Abstract Specifications, Standards including profiles and extensions, and Community Standards."@en ;

What about identification of specifications that dont meet this criteria - would these be listed elsewhere or would it be better to have a status flag and have them here

  1. Linkages - having linkages to OGC document numbers would meet the functional goal of having these

  2. completeness - how was this generated - for example it seems to be missing the WCS EO Earth Observation Application Profile - doc number 10-140r1 status = "approved"

  3. relationships - is it possible to capture key relationships such as uses, profile of etc?

  4. Automation/update - can the update cycle be detailed in the metadata please.

  5. Tasking - please task me with loading this as I'll want to implement some specialised entailment rules to exploit cross-linking opportunities.

Answers to your questions are below.

A1. It's a draft. Still missing the abstract specifications and eventually we would want to link to the actual documents as well.

A2. The OGC Standards Baseline is officially defined at https://www.ogc.org/standards . The wider OGC Library would be covered at a future point in time.

A3. Yes, linkages to OGC documents is a future work item.

A4. The WCS versions were already in the DefServer from years past.

A5. Please feel free to augment the concepts with additional relationships.

A6. Yes, I will do.

A7. I loaded it yesterday. Please use the TTL file to generate the entailment rules.

Before you do anything with the Standards Baseline. I have just realised that there is a flaw in how I have represented it.

The restructure needs to be:

Standards Baseline (Collection)--skos:member-->Individual OGC documents--skos:related-->Standard family

Let's discuss in detail via a telecon.

Closing this issue because the initial scope was met.

Future updates to the Standards Baseline concept scheme will need to be accompanies by new GitHub Issues.
