KML media type registration details are incorrect #52

Regarding KML media type registration on the OGC Media Type Register:

  1. "Not yet registered with IANA" is not correct.
  2. There are actually two media types for KML that exist and are registered with IANA, so the OGC register should have them both, too: https://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/application/vnd.google-earth.kml+xml and https://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/application/vnd.google-earth.kmz.
