OGC API naming policy: Additional edits #59

Clause 6 "It should be noted that" should maybe be changed to "Please note that . . ."

Also (as per OAB directive) include definitions for “requirements classes”, “conformance classes", and “standardization targets” and any other terms that are coming from the Mod Spec; and add a link to the Mod Spec document for further context.
