What is the prof:requiresFormat
property? PROF doesn't have that??
prof:requiresFormat was a placeholder idea - its not being actively used but captures some missing semantic intent - that there is a canonical format for this profile type - but can be replaced by a distribution (hasResource) which uses basic CNEG against the profile URI - but we still need somewhere a binding to the media-type - it could be via hasResource -> dct:conformsTo -> dct:hasFormat ? property chain.
