HTTPS duplicate of Media Types register #83

There appears to be a duplicate of the Media Types register, but with a Base URI of https://www.opengis.net/def/media-type/

This was the base URI used by an early draft of the Media Types register.

The final approved one has the Base URI http://www.opengis.net/def/media-type/

Please delete all triples starting with the Base URI https://www.opengis.net/def/media-type/.
