Linking topics to issues #87

Removed links to Github issues from the index and added them into the topic characterizations in the RipeTrends folder.

Following the format in the RipeTrends folder, created a folder called OtherTrends and created asciidoc files for each of the other topics that are not in the RipeTrends folder.

The topic characterizations in the OtherTrends folder contain the title, description and link to the Github issue.
