Add MapML to WebOfData.adoc #99

@percivall I actually don't have the ability to change anything on the W3C Strategy Funnel, but I think MapML is in the right place there (incubating). If you accept this PR (feel free to ask for / apply edits if you feel I've gone too far), I will update the MapML project in the SDWIG to link to the Web of Data trend.

MapML is listed in the SDW Strategy funnel as in Incubation stage. The time Horizon of Tech Trends does not include items that have graduated to Incubation.
