@abhritchie -- I took some liberties to strip out some stuff that was duplicative / not what we want to move forward with. See: https://github.com/opengeospatial/SELFIE/commit/0baf48bf4ec139d519e5f3c0ef15481548ec4ebe for specific changes on that front. Happy to bring stuff back but felt I should just move forward with what I understand to be our decisions. This is diverging from what you have up on lab.scinfo but mostly in the sense that I've removed things.
