To be planned and fleshed out in more issues at Quebec City meeting.

Consider having "collections" point to non information resource id URLs rather than information resource info urls.

Not clear if it would be easier to work from a relational data store or a triple store. GSIP has the triple store using SPARQL and open-world approach implemented. Some experimentation going on with pyGeoAPI in this space as well.

Based on the concept described in #21, the

html media type can be a normal rendered view of the GeoJSON decorated with links from "preview" relation feature properties.
the GeoJSON media type can be normal GeoJSON with a context in the header making it valid JSON-LD 1.1
the json-ld and other rdf media types would be according to the full SELFIE set of contexts and any domain-specific contexts available.
