Create link to swagger hub (and alternatives) in Slate documentation,
add to RDF -> raibbow description
can validation using swagger hub be automated - or do we add a tick or something manually in a review process?
is there a "push to swagger hub" function on registration we should consider (part of the main bblock registry repo?)
