Need a RAINBOW-ready graph of how BBs, specs (conformance classes) and resources all inter-relate.

Generate a PROF vocab description linking:

• dependencies using prof:isProfileOf or dct:hasPart
• links to conformance classes and docs in OGC spec space.

• all the resources generated and deployed

  as part of the output description graph.

This will allow resources to be fully described in terms of role, media-type and semantic content (via dct:conformsTo - which may end up referencing other building blocks)

PROF will allow dependencies to be described for building blocks. SHACL and vocabularies as part of BBLOCKS are also important.
