Remove relation between TrajectoryDistance and TrajectoryReferent ? #39

Now that we have the BoreholeEventCollection related to the TrajectoryReferent, is there really a need to allow redefining the referent for each TrajectoryDistance ? The referent being defined at the collection level, is simplifies the model. Are we missing a Use Case ?
