Monitoring Facility can pertain to monitoring Networks (ex : groundwater monitoring network)

A group of Borehole can be a monitoring network. But the BoreholeIE does not want to define a specific MonitoringNetwork Feature (out of scope)

Is this covered by BoreholeAssociation? The bores are associated by way of being part of a monitoring network (or any network for that matter)
