This pull request includes the following changes:
1- Edited section 10.7.1 and removed 10.7.1.3 as they are duplicated in Attribute.xml.
2- Added a new section to Vol 1 including the new description, schema and cross references to the .xsd schema.
3-Added attributes only from CDB with their semantics in a table. (Issue: https://github.com/opengeospatial/cdb-volume-1/issues/17). Volume 1 has been updated with the following table: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-F-_X7q6JXQkOtq2EMvUu5PwwWOKxMLsKm7ZygmKDxw/edit?usp=sharing
4- Created a new Volume for Traditional CDB 1.0 (Vol. 15) with all the previous details. -Added the CDB_Attribute.xml as an HTML file (styled by the CDB_Attribute.xsl). -Added metadata files (xml and xsd) -Added CDB Schema
