Vol 1 Editorial issue related to table captions #18

Header of a table in section 10.7.1 (or 5.7.1) You can search for "Geometry data features types used in a CDB data store are as follows <Note - remove??>:" There is a typo in the heading and there is no table number

Table numbers need to be automatic! and numbers have been changed as some tables removed.

References to those tables need to be updated in all documents and xml schemas.

Automatic numbering of tables, which then cascades into references in the same volume is a reasonably hard problem but there are good examples to follow.

Automatic numbering of tables, which then cascades into automatic updating in references in different volumes, i.e. a table in Volume 1 that is referenced in Volume 6 is, I believe, outside the scope of anything "built in" to ASCIIDOC and will require fairly complex Ruby programming. I will solicit volunteers in the 8/20/21 SWG meeting to see if we have anyone in any of our organizations who might be able to help with this.

Meanwhile, I will try to find and update the typo.
