There is only one schema file:

Vector_Attributes.xsd

controlling 3 XML documents:

CDB_Attributes.xml
Geomatics_Attributes.xml
Vendor_Attributes.xml

Clause 10, Metadata, makes references to Geomatics_Attributes.xsd and Vendor_Attributes.xsd but these schema do not exist; they should reference Vector_Attributes.xsd.
