Clause 7 contains CDB Zones and CDB Geocells:

The file naming conventions rely on Geocells of various size and the documentation makes it difficult to figure out the name of these geocells when there is a transition between zones or when crossing the longitude of +/-180 degrees.

The issue may be fixed by the tables and images provided by Kathleen Ski; PR #10 by @DavidFLOR is addressing this issue.
