Correction to the Geomatics and Vendor Attributes Description #9

The two sections describing geomatics and vendor attributes were each referring to their own schema, namely Geomatics_Attributes.xsd and Vendor_Attributes.xsd. This was incorrect because there is a single schema - Vector_Attributes.xsd - for all 3 attributes files.

The two separate sections (Geomatics Attributes Metadata, Vendor Attributes Metadata) are merged into a single one (Geomatics and Vendor Attributes Metadata) to simplify the text.
