Please reserve a document number on the OGC Portal for this engineering report.

Once you have reserved the document number, please replace the nn-mmm in the ogcmetanorma.json file that this Pull Request creates.

Then send @gbuehler the link of the ogcmetanorma.json file so that he can create a cron job for building the engineering report here.
