In Table of Content, the header for requirements is currently called List of recommendations. Shouldn't this say List of requirements?

Logically one would think yes, since only requirements are present in this standard, but in the general case this may be the intent. Since it is generated by Metanorma this needs to be checked with OGC and Ribose. I'll raise it with Ronald Tse in the first instance.
