update GetRecords POST tests
update test data
refresh test data .zip (not required if/once #11 is implemented

thanks @tomkralidis, the changes in CSW-GetRecords-POST.xml wouldn't be strictly necessary (timezoned dates are not a problem in XSD and comments), however it's good to be consistent.
