pygeoapi CITE official demo beta testing

FYI we now have an official CITE demo URL for pygeoapi:

https://demo.pygeoapi.io/cite

When running against CITE beta (username: tomkralidis, session s0080), I receive 5 failures of type:

• 3 of type #86 and may be CITE specific
• 2 of type1 expectation failed. Expected status code <200> but was <500>.. I don't have access to the demo server per se; how can I find out the actual URL from CITE beta which resulted in the 500 in pygeoapi? I can't seem to find these in the CITE result logs (perhaps I am looking in the wrong place)

Following the 500 issues @kalxas will submit pygeoapi to OGC as an early implementation.

Update: I have found the 500 locally and testing a fix.

Fixed/server error. Having said this, it would be valuable for CITE to emit error messages on which request was made against the failing test.
