Several tests fail after merging PR #82

After https://github.com/opengeospatial/ets-ogcapi-processes10/pull/82 was merged, following tests fail which were not failing before:

• test Job Creation Input Inline Bbox
  • Reason: Got unexpected status code: 500
• test Job Creation Input Inline Binary
  • Reason: Got unexpected status code: 500
• test Job Creation Input Ref
  • Reason: Content type '/*' is not allowed for body content. (code: 203)

And this test is skipped now:

• test Job Creation Input Array
  • Reason: No input of type array found.

The reason for those new failures must be found out and fixed if necessary.

I suspect in several cases, fixing the ETS issues I raised will uncover existing problems in server implementations (including ours). Looking forward to feedback to address these if that is the case.
