Document what is being tested (which conformance class) Implement 2 test requirements

The initial release (0.1) will validate Atom representations (from Atom Core). Tests for the various extensions (WMS, WFS, WCS, etc.) belong in separate conformance classes. Shall we also include a test for Atom-WMS conformance?

There are also Schematron rules embedded in some of the RELAX grammars that could be extracted into separate schemas for evaluation.

The Core and WMS are not complete. Need to implement further. Core only checks for schema validation and grammar rules and a simple check for WMS.
