Support OpenID Connect Secure Client Connections #13

When an OpenID Connect compatible secure client connects, and the test session has been created with OpenID Connect support enabled, then the emulated server type should respond with the correct behaviour.

I am removing the milestone as I am not sure if there will be time in the development schedule for this feature, especially if we do not have any clients available for testing.
