globalInterpolation element should be used, interpolationMethod is present as child of InterpolationPerAxis

The PR updates the following tests:

  1. wcs2:get-int-req8-post
  2. wcs2:get-int-req9-soap
  3. wcs2:get-int-post
  4. wcs2:get-int-soap

I tested with a service that triggers 1st test from the above list and passed it successfully.
