EO WCS Test takes too long to execute #35

WCS EO profile. takes too long

Tested with http://ows.eox.at/cite/eoxserver/ows?service=wcs&version=2.0.1&request=getcapabilities

Need too investigate the reason. Maybe the schemas are not cached.

I have updated the tests with the local schema reference of EOWCS profile. Schemas are downloaded from here http://schemas.opengis.net/wcs/wcseo/1.0/ and added into resources. These schemas are internally using URL to import other schemas so I have updated that as well and pointed to local reference.

After testing this changes with the teamengine, there are few tests failing with the validation and before changes, they are working. But I am not getting what was the exact issue with the particular test.

@keshav-nangare I've fixed the paths to the referenced schemas. Can you check if this solves the problem?

Test of pull request: Test execution is much faster now.
