The documentation of the Test Dataset Description states how the layers should be configured. However, it only mentions the <Title> elements of the layers. Some of the tests expect the <Name> elements to be configured exactly as the <Title> elements (e.g. having values such as cite:Streams).
The 'Layer titles and features' in the documentation of the Test Dataset Description should be updated to include a column that states that the values of the <Name> elements of the layers should be the same as the values of the <Title> elements e.g. cite:Bridges, cite:Buildings, etc.
