WTMS failed inherently for skipped tests on beta team engine? #95

I've updated our conformance endpoint https://conformance.rasdaman.com/rasdaman/ows?service=WMTS&request=GetCapabilities&sections=&acceptversions=1.0.0 to try to pass as many mandatory WMTS tests as possible on Beta Team Engine.

My question is, why it shows that I still have some failed tests inherently? I don't know where to find the issue, it seems it comes from the skipped tests, but that is strange.
