GeoPackage Q5 Guaynabo query inconsistent results Client E #19

Different results were reported for Apollo, Jupiter, Rigel and Orion

Client E found 21. Others found 12.

Client E filtered by elevation (ZVH) instead of height (HGT). Fixing query returns correct results. This issue can be closed.
