Test suite used for testing: Current master branch (0.4-SNAPSHOT) of https://github.com/opengeospatial/ets-gpkg12-nsg.

The following test fails cause the requested tables do not exist (as the failure describes):

"bounding Box Tests"
- java.sql.SQLException:
  [SQLITE_ERROR] SQL error or missing database (no such table: gpkg_tile_matrix_set)
"metadata Schema Validation"
- java.sql.SQLException:
  [SQLITE_ERROR] SQL error or missing database (no such table: gpkg_metadata)
"tile Size Tests"
- java.sql.SQLException:
  [SQLITE_ERROR] SQL error or missing database (no such table: gpkg_tile_matrix)
