Unresponsive WFS source Janus for GetFeature requests without filter #7

Example: when trying the WFS GetFeature request below to retrieve all inland waterbody features, no response is received:

https://externaltest.dev.geocloud.com/server/services/PuertoRicoVector/MapServer/WFSServer?request=GetFeature&service=WFS&VERSION=2.0.0&TYPENAMES=PuertoRicoVector:INLAND_WATERBODY_S

After a few minutes, a HTTP 400 error is returned with title "ArcGIS Server Error".
