The client was able to read the imagery data but not the elevation data. The elevation data appears mostly black or grey but there are numerous errors and warnings in the log such as: ‘GEOPACKAGE_RASTER reader: Cannot parse tile data’
The client needed both readers (vector and raster) to read the file.
